Hi. This is Enzo F. Cesario with another edition of the Brandsplat Video Report.
What's going on in the world of digital content that's interesting this week? I came across an interesting site from General Mills. It deals with telling your story about trying to get a job. You get your resume together, you go to an interview and inevitably there are terrible, terrible things that happen in these interviews. So you can tell your story in 140 characters or less and the cool thing is if they like it, they'll animate it and make it into a little video. The stories that they They win twelve boxes of Golden Grahams crispy, crunchy delicious goodness. Twelve boxes of them. It's worth it. Try it you'll like it. I tried it. I hope they pick me.
Another cool thing on the Web is CryingWife.com. I'm just going to pause right here to show you a little clip. (Clip of a woman crying with the title "My Wife Crying at the End of Lord of the Rings") This is really good stuff. I thought it was hysterical. Also, he got a lot of hits on his site. He was blogging about it because I think Alyssa Milano and Justin Timberlake were saying how much they loved it. So he got a bunch of traffic. I think he's got the secret sauce. He's also got a couple of other sites that are interesting too that I went to. One called SmileyFace.com and Ninjatastic.com - go check them out.
This one wins for the best url name ever - tacotacotacofriedchicken.com. Don’t try to say that fast, please. Don't. Don't do it.
Also another bit of news. It's what I call Twitter Hari Kari. I think it's the first time ever, according to the New York Times. Jonathan Schwartz, the former CEO of Sun Microsystems twittered that he was resigning. That's sad. But it's not really sad cause he did it in a really interesting way. He did it in what I call a Hari Kari Haiku. This is his tweet "Financial crisis/Stalled too many customers/CEO no more" . Sweet. It's beautiful. It brought a tear to my eye.
That's it for this week. This is Enzo F. Cesario. See you next time.
