ENZO: This is Enzo F. Cesario with another edition of the Brandsplat video report. I'm here with Ben today. Ben, how are you?

BEN: I'm fine, and you're on codeine.

ENZO: I'm on codeine. I can't shake this cough that I've got. So you'll notice that I have a huskier, more male voice this week. (They laugh.) I've been traveling this week as well. Probably not helping, but I was in SFO, the San Francisco International Airport, and my flight was delayed and I was kind of bored. So I was kind of surfing around on the interwebs, and I came across this app. Check this out. This is called “flysfo”. It's pretty neat. It is developed by a company called Magnolia Labs. It helps you through the airport. It gets you flight details. It gives you all the different places and terminals there are to visit in the airport and also gives you ratings on where to eat, which is pretty cool. I want one of those for my house. (They laugh.) Another thing I want to talk about is this report that just came out by the people at Elance. Elance is place that... it's like a marketplace to find people for certain jobs and to also apply for certain jobs. So it's kind of a... what would you call that? A hub? A hub site.

BEN: Yeah.

ENZO: They put this report out, and they do a lot of volume, and they're kind of predicting what are the hot jobs... not predicting, but this is based on data – hotter jobs versus notter jobs. Hot jobs... guess what's the number one hot job, Ben.

BEN: Ahhhh...

ENZO: No. You're thinking pole dancing, aren't you? (They laugh.) Search engine marketing, believe it or not.

BEN: SEM.

ENZO: That's what we do, right? Kinda...

BEN: Kinda sorta.

ENZO: It's kinda what we do. Following on the list is iPhone Development, Google App Engine Development, HTML5 (which is coming fast and furious), and Affiliate Marketing. Some of the things that aren't cool are number 1: Direct Marketing; Blackberry, I guess; Amazon Web Services; DHTML; and Telemarketing.

BEN: It's good to see telemarketing going down.

ENZO: It's good to see it. But my phone still rings though. Finally... and this was all over the websters... I'm sure everyone's seen the Miley Cyrus thing but her body wasn't even warm until there's a meme out there of a remix of the Miley Cyrus video where she's smoking something – the mystery herb – nobody knows what it is. She claims it's salvia, but...

BEN: I never heard of salvia 'til this.

ENZO: Neither did I. You will. I'm sure everyone's going to go out and try it, 'cause they're going to want to look just like this. Check out this remix. (He plays a My Oh Miley Remix.)

BEN: I like it. She's speaking in tongues.
