ENZO: (Laughs.) I'm sure you've heard that before: don't call yourself a guru. Well, that's pretty interesting because here's a guy who slices things up analytically. He is the social media scientist – kind of a guru, right? – at Hubspot. Check out this video. This is a little lecture he was giving at Harvard. But check this out. ENZO: Scientists, gurus – who knew? Visit hubspot's blog page. It's at blog.hubspot.com. I go there a lot to get some tidbits on what's happening in marketing and advertising online. They're a really good source. Here's another good source if you're into analytics – which I know you are Ben.

BEN: I love it.

ENZO: … For Dummies, right? Well this one actually is for dummies. This is Export.ly. It is a service where you can tie in your Twitter, your Facebook and your email – if you do email marketing – and get all your analytics pumped out into Excel spreadsheets in really beautiful format. Very simple. Very easy. And it puts it all out for you. Very powerful tool. Much more powerful than what I think Twitter's got going – if you can even find it for their analytics tool. ENZO: Me too. Me too. This is a really good... Let's talk viral videos. I love to talk viral videos. This kid... he is on the charts. He is killing it. Keenan, he has already done Katy Perry. And I don't mean that like...
