ENZO: This is Enzo F. Cesario with another edition of the Brandsplat Video report. Hey Ben!
BEN: How are you doing?
ENZO: Good, how are you?
BEN: Good. Good. It's been a while.
ENZO: It has been a while. And since I last saw you I picked up one of these babies (shows a new white iPhone). Got rid of my android.
BEN: Sweet. Let me check that out.
ENZO: Everyone's talking about Siri, how cool that is and I also agree that it's cool.
BEN: Can I keep this?
ENZO: Yeah, you can keep it, it's yours. What I really like about this is there's a new camera on here, which has more megapixels, but also has stabilization when you're filming video which is really, really cool. I want to share with you this short called Framed. Entirely shot on a 4S. Look at the smoothness of the moves. Check it out.
(Shows video clip)
ENZO: It's a ghoulish time of year and everyone's thinking Halloween, or Harvest-ween? Is that it?
BEN: That's more politically correct.
ENZO: That's something more politically correct. Sears is doing a fantastic job. They did this last year as well but this year they're continuing the trend with the zombies. If you log in to their site or type in Zombie Apocalypse Sears you'll find this. Check this out. If you check in as a zombie and I love this little video. It's a product demo, but they're doing it with zombies. I particularly like this part - it's kind of a before and after using a zombie. It's really funny. (Shows clip) Kudos to Sears. Sears is doing a good job. It's funny. Funny, funny, funny stuff.
BEN: It's good to see them shake it up.
ENZO: They do, they shake it up and it's not just lawnmowers over there anymore.
BEN: Enough of the plaid shirts. Get hip!
ENZO: I want to share with you this coming from Business Insider. You know, everyone's talking about Groupon and how their IPO's going to go. But, when they were doing the roadshow - roadshows are where they pitch how great they are to get investors enticed - this particular author Henry Blogett, I hope I didn’t bludgeon his name. He talks about how they're not quite being truthful at their roadshow and their sales techniques. They're not really mentioning their number two competitor, LivingSocial. Check out this graph right here - Unique monthly visitors and they are just nipping at their heels and they're coming at them really quick, right before their IPO, so
BEN: Hurry up with that IPO.
ENZO: Yeah, you better hurry. Yeah, if you're going to buy into it you better do your homework, right? Anyway, no coupons for anyone this week because I don't want to junk up your email.
BEN: I get a lot of emails from them.
ENZO: From LivingSocial or Groupon?
BEN: From Groupon.
ENZO: Me too! And I've never even used one.
BEN: Me too. Never!
ENZO: Enzo F. Cesario - see ya next time.
